Open access journal – Propulsion and Power Research

This journal is a peer reviewed, open access journal. All articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an article processing charge APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The article processing charge for this journal is USD 1000 (excluding taxes) for each article accepted for publication. For all articles submitted before the 28th of February 2022 the article processing charge will be fully waived, making it free to publish in the journal.

The article processing charge (which cover the costs of turning a manuscript into a finished article, as well as the costs of hosting, distributing and promoting an article) will only be required after an article is accepted for publication. Apart from this article processing charge there are no other fees (for example submission charges, page charges, or colour charges). Author’s ability to pay and waiver requests will not affect the editorial peer review outcome.
